Rental rates

  • The 2025 rental season runs from Saturday, April 26 to Saturday, October 04

  • Low season: April 26 to June 14 & September 13 to October 04: 1150 Euro per week

  •  In-between season: June 14 to June 28 & August 30 to September 13: 1550 Euro per week

  • High season: 28 June to 30 August: 2350 Euro per week

  • Discount €100 / week when renting for 2 consecutive weeks

  • Discount 20% low & mid season if 6 people or less

  • During low and mid season arrival and departure days can be adjusted more flexibly.  Not possible during high season!  

  • The rental prices include: consumption of water, gas, electricity, wifi, final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance!

Rental conditions

Rental period is per week, from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 11 am

  • Advance: 25% to be paid upon signing the rental contract 

  • Balance: 75% to be paid 1 month before departure. 

  • Deposit: 750 EUR to be deposited together with the balance. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the end date of the stay 

  • To be provided by the tenants: bed linen, kitchen and bath linen

  • Bed linen, kitchen & bath linen can also be rented

  • Dogs not allowed

 

Free cancellation possible up to 24 hours before departure if entered by  COVID measures!
